Maria Marinez 

• Maria Montoya Martinez was known as the best patter.
• She was born and raised in San Ildefonso Pueblo, New Mexico in 1887 - 1980.

• Maria lived in a adobe cottage in the pueblo. In a tiny work room with in the cottage she would mold the clay with her hands.
